Par contre, le site est mal traduit : "Sauvegarder au Calendrier", "Sauvegarder au Carnet d'adresse", "Outil de CRM est inclus pour suivre toutes les données client", sic...

Je pense que l'appellation CRM 2.0 est pour le moins incorrect, ce n'est en rien un CRM (gestion de la relation client) qui est orienté utilisateur interne, c'est une boite à outil pour gérer la relation web externe (flux entrant).

Merci Conovor pour tes retours; juste pour info, nous utilsons jusqu'à présent le Français du Québec (où nous avons une forte activité), mais allons produire pour fin janvier un nouveau site avec une traduction pensée pour la France.
En terme de positionnement, nous allons vraiment sur le CRM. Aujourd'hui nous gérons comme tu le dis bien les Intéractions des Clients avec Web (flux entrant) mais la constitution d'une base de données client (tout paticulièrement avec les données liées à la réservation en ligne ou les appels en mode Call Tracking) permet par la suite de pousser des actions promotionnelles ou de communication ciblées. Aujourd'hui pour les Grandes Etnreprises, bien entendu nous privilégions l'intégration avec des CRMs existants mais dans le cas d'une TPE-PME, notre outil est et sera de plus en plus adapté à leurs besoins.
